Engagement Synopsis

We would like students to immerse themselves in our work-order system to help identify areas for optimization.

  1. Explore a work-order system with full lifecycle (from conception to close out)
  2. Handle SLAs in work-order system and how to effectively meet SLAs
  3. Work-orders with varying degrees of complexity
  4. Project management skill development

If students can identify areas for improvement in the current work-order system and help to streamline processes to meet SLAs given complex work-orders in the system.

Candidates will be evaluated based on the following criteria using surveys and meeting check-ins to gauge performance:

  • Able to handle stressful situations
  • Responds in a timely manner
  • Adheres to client’s individual SLAs
  • Able to adapt in any situation
  • Follows Freshco protocols
  • Cultural fit
