Collaboration Overview

We are looking for Facilities Management related projects from companies that have real challenges they'd like students to work on. Projects can be based on a variety of areas since the students will be working on their Level 1, Level 2 Certificates and Associate's of Applied Science Degree. Companies should provide projects related to the following: - Residential & Light Commercial Construction Drawings - Mechanical, Plumbing or Electrical System Construction - HVAC / Plumbing - Construction Materials

Engagement Format: Live Case

Class Collaboration or Case Competition - This learning format allows educators to deliver experiential learning to students at scale. Students are often split into groups to work on a live case (or a series of cases) from a real host company that directly relates to key learning objectives.

    Educators will begin interviewing interested Industry Partners to discuss project ideas.

    Final date for Industry Partners to express interest in participating.

    Educators and Industry Partners finalize project charters, legal documents, and background materials.

  • February 28, 2022

    OFFICIAL PROJECT LAUNCH: We’ll find a time on this day to web conference you into our class to kickoff the project.

  • April 28, 2022

    OFFICIAL PROJECT END: We’ll find a time on this day to web conference you into our class to close the project.
